Jenn Geller is a respected family law attorney, former prosecutor, and experienced litigator known for strong advocacy and clear communication both with clients and in the courtroom.
Meet Our Team
Jenn Geller
Jenn Geller has practiced law for over 15 years. Before practicing family law, she was a felony prosecutor handling nearly every kind of case imaginable. Jenn is an aggressive trial attorney from her many years in the courtroom handling mostly crimes against women and children. Jenn’s time as a prosecutor taught her to have no fear in the courtroom, arguing in front of a judge and jury, and presenting evidence about any kind of case.
Jenn transitioned to family law in 2018. Doing so was easy for Jenn, knowing she wanted to advocate for children and families in a different way. Prior to starting Geller Law in 2023, Jenn worked from 2018-2023 at a local Cherokee County law firm, representing families, children, parents, grandparents, stepparents, and relatives with all aspects of family law. Jenn is skilled at litigating every kind of family law matter including custody modifications, divorces, child support modifications, legitimations, adoptions, contempt, and more.
Jenn graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Georgia in 2006, with a degree from the Terry College of Business, and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2009. While attending the UGA School of Law, she was elected President of the Student Bar Association.
Jenn has a bar license in Georgia and Ohio. Jenn is also a registered mediator in the State of Georgia.
Jenn is a persistent, compassionate advocate for her clients. Jenn can be trusted to be passionate, honest, thorough, and communicative during your case. Jenn is known for being an excellent communicator with her clients, understanding that litigation is stressful for clients.
Jenn is also a well-respected Guardian ad Litem, where she is selected by Judges to act in the best interest of children in contested custody matters.
Jenn was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia and now calls Cherokee County home. Jenn and her family love the Braves, the Bulldawgs, cooking out, traveling, and the beach.
Lindsay Haney
Lindsay Haney has practiced law for over 10 years throughout the State of Georgia. Prior to moving to the private sector, Lindsay was a prosecutor in Cobb County.
Lindsay’s transitioned into the private law sector in 2017. This was a seamless transition for Lindsay, as she had used her time as a prosecutor to hone her litigation skills and become comfortable in the courtroom. Prior to Lindsay Haney joining Geller Law in 2025, Lindsay was a criminal defense attorney for a local Atlanta firm and represented both civil and criminal clients for a local Cherokee County law firm. Lindsay also has experience in Juvenile Court representing juvenile clients in both criminal and DFCS cases.
Lindsay graduated from the Kennesaw State University Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences in 2012 with a degree in Communications. She then went on to complete law school at the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida where she graduated in 2015.
Lindsay is a seasoned Guardian ad Litem in Cherokee County where she serves as an advocate for minor children involved in custody cases.
Lindsay understands the stress of court cases and makes sure to communicate with her clients throughout the pendency of their case. She also understands the value of honest and consistent communication. Lindsay happily answers questions and addresses concerns with her clients during their case.
Other than her years in law school, Lindsay has always called Cherokee County home. Lindsay and her family love to spend time playing, swimming, and going to festivals around Georgia.
Libby Henderson
Libby joined Geller Law after spending 10 years in the classroom. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University and her master’s degree in Reading and Math from Walden University. Libby taught in Gwinnett County before continuing her career in Cherokee County, where she discovered her true passion for helping others, making family law a natural next step.
Throughout her career in education, Libby held numerous leadership roles and worked closely with students, teachers, parents, and the community. She brings strong organization and communication skills to Geller Law, along with a genuine heart for service.
Outside of work, Libby enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and making it to the beach as often as possible.

Christy Hulsey
Christy began her career in the legal field in 2005 working as a receptionist where she was introduced to a variety of practice areas. In 2013 she received her paralegal certificate from Chattahoochee Technical College. Christy has eleven years of experience in family law where she gained valuable experiences in divorces, modifications, contempt cases, legitimations, adoptions and paternity actions to name a few. Christy joined Jennifer in 2023 as her paralegal then transitioned with her when Geller Law opened.
In her free time, you will find Christy surrounding herself with family and enjoying her favorite sport, baseball.
Jasmine Boone
Jasmine Boone brings three years of paralegal experience to Geller Law and is driven by a strong passion for helping others. She takes pride in supporting clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions and providing attentive, client- focused assistance. Born and raised in Cobb County, Jasmine graduated from Sequoyah High School.
Outside the office, she is an animal lover and devoted dog mom to her Boxer baby. When she’s not working, you can find Jasmine cheering on the University of Georgia Bulldogs or exploring new destinations through travel.
Shannon Murphy
Shannon joins Geller Law with over 15 years of child welfare experience. She brings with her the grit and knowledge of investigation, adoptions, and forensic interviewing. Shannon graduated from Millersville University with her bachelor’s in social work, and more recently completed her paralegal certificate from University of Georgia.
When Shannon is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, a good cup of coffee, and watching her favorite teams.

Hannah Riddick
Hannah Riddick comes to Geller Law with a background in marketing and graphic design. She is a 2024 graduate of KSU with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts. Hannah put her skills to work for the KSU stadium and box office, as well as a graphic designer for a brand management company.
While you will see Hannah’s bright smile at our front desk, she is also the creative brain behind our social media. Hannah enjoys traveling and finding local adventures during her free time.
Mary Kendrick
Mary joins Geller Law after 5 years in Washington, D.C., where she graduated from American University Washington School of Law. During law school, Mary concentrated her studies in the fields of child welfare and juvenile justice, with a specialized focus on how these systems intersect with the commercial sexual exploitation of minors (CSEC), an issue close to Mary’s heart. She also excelled in Trial Advocacy, gaining a reputation for her fierce presentation and persuasive argumentation style in the courtroom.
After graduating from law school, Mary returned to Georgia and joined the Guardian ad Litem office in Cobb County’s Juvenile Court, where she gained a variety of hands-on experience in dependency matters and worked to ensure that children’s voices were heard in critical court proceedings.
Mary is currently studying for the Georgia Bar Exam and remains deeply committed to serving children and families through strong, compassionate, and informed advocacy.
Mary is an animal-lover who enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and caring for her two kitties.
